Description
A square of chocolate from the renowned Fays Terroir Chocolaté, which showcases local treasures, balance and discovery. An invitation to explore boreal flavors without excessive sugar or artificial ingredients!
Each creation combines chocolate roasted in Quebec with ingredients harvested or produced locally : freeze-dried blueberries, wildflowers, dried apples, maple syrup and Sel Saint Laurent flakes. Their chocolate maker sources its beans from small-scale producers and cooperatives with whom the team works directly, promoting a shorter supply chain and better traceability.
Three (3) flavors* are available. You can specify your preferences in the "Special Instructions" section when buying online :
- Dark chocolate, apples, and maple sugar
- Milk chocolate, sel Saint-Laurent and wild roses
- Chocolate, blueberries and cornflower petals
Whether you keep it in your desk, enjoy them with your afternoon coffee, pack them in your bag when you head out for a hike, take it to the chalet or keep it right in the pantry for those little cravings, this chocolate square is designed to be a convenient, indulgent, nutritious and authentically Quebec-style chocolate snack!
A refined collection that brings together Quebec craftsmanship, gourmet delights and local flavors!
