How can I be sure of the quality of the flowers?
Our mission is to offer our customers a top-of-the-range product by delivering the freshest flowers on the market. We receive daily deliveries and work with qualified suppliers who can certify the origin and quality of the flowers.

How can I be sure of the availability of a bouquet of flowers once I've chosen it on the website?
There are so many varieties of flowers and colors on the market that it would be impossible to have this diversity available at all times. It is therefore possible that the arrangement chosen in the online store may contain flowers or foliage that are not available at the time of production. In this case, we are committed to respecting the style and value of the bouquet. If you have any preferences or constraints, please use the comments box to let us know when you place your order.
How long does a bouquet last?
Depending on the care taken, a bouquet of flowers can be stored for 5 to 10 days. Depending on the type of flowers chosen, it can even last 15 or 21 days. When the bouquet is delivered, we provide an information card explaining the best way to store it.
Can I have a bouquet delivered to a business, hotel or hospital?
Of course we can deliver to a business or hotel! All we need is the name and address of the establishment, and the gift will be left at reception. However, we cannot deliver to hospitals.
Is it possible to include a message for the recipient?
Yes, you can specify your message in the space provided in our online order form (in the shopping cart).
Who do I contact if I have a comment or complaint?

Can I request delivery at a specific time?
It is possible to request a specific day. We operate on a 4-hour delivery schedule. For special requests, please contact us.
What happens if there's no one home to receive the flowers?
For home deliveries, we always call to confirm that someone will be home to receive the flowers. We do not leave bouquets outside or with a neighbor, except by special request.
Will I receive an e-mail confirmation when my bouquet is delivered?
A confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your order. No confirmation is sent after delivery. We will only contact you if the bouquet cannot be delivered.
Is it possible to combine more than one name and delivery address in a single order?
An order must contain a single address and a single recipient. In the case of different delivery addresses, you must place a new order for each delivery address.
Is it possible to ship anonymously?
Yes, it is. Just specify it in the comments box. Please note, however, that in such cases, the person may refuse the flowers or gift. If this is the case, we will notify you and no refund will be possible.
Is it possible to modify or cancel an order that has already been paid for and confirmed?
In this special situation, you must contact us as soon as possible by telephone. We will then be able to inform you if it is still possible to make the change.
