How can I be sure of the quality of the flowers?
Our
mission is to provide our customers with a high quality product by delivering the freshest flowers on the market. We receive daily deliveries and work with qualified suppliers who can certify the origin and quality of the flowers.

How can I be sure of the availability of the flower bouquet after I have chosen it on the website?
There
are so many varieties of flowers and colors on the market that it would be impossible to have this diversity available at all times. It is therefore possible that the arrangement chosen in the online store contains flowers or foliage that are not available at the time of preparation. In this case, we are committed to respecting the style and value of the bouquet. If you have any preferences or constraints, please use the comment box to let us know when ordering.

How long does a delivered bouquet last?
Depending on the care given, a bouquet of flowers can be kept from 5 to 10 days. Depending on the type of flowers chosen, it can even last 15 or 21 days. When the bouquet is delivered, an information card is given to explain the best way to preserve the bouquet.

Is it possible to have a bouquet of flowers delivered to a company, hotel or hospital?
Of course it is! All we need is the name and address of the establishment, as well as the precise coordinates of the person or place.

Is it possible to include a message for the recipient?
Yes

Who do I contact if I have a comment or complaint?

Can I request a delivery at a specific time?
It is possible to request a specific day. For delivery time, we operate on a 4 hour time frame. For special requests, please contact us.

What happens if there is no one home at the time of delivery?
For home deliveries, we always call to confirm that someone will be home to receive the flowers. We do not leave any bouquets outside or with a neighbor, except by special request.

Will I receive an email confirmation when my bouquet is delivered?
A confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your order. No confirmation is sent after delivery. We will only contact you if the bouquet could not be delivered.

Can I combine more than one name and delivery address in one order?
An order must have a unique address and recipient. In the case of different delivery addresses, you must place a new order for each delivery address.

Is it possible to make an anonymous shipment?
Yes, it is possible. You just have to specify it in the comment box. Please be aware that in these situations, the person may refuse the flowers or gift. If this is the case, we will notify you and no refund will be possible.

Is it possible to modify or cancel an order that has already been paid and confirmed?
In this special situation, you must contact us as soon as possible by phone. We will then be able to inform you if it is still possible to make this change
