There’s no deadline for ordering a Christmas gift from À la Boîte à Fleurs! Even at the last minute, our team always does its best to prepare your Christmas gift box as quickly as possible and find the best solution based on your destination. You have three (3) options: - Free in-store pickup -> place your order by December 23 at the latest for free pickup on December 24 before 4:00 p.m. - Custom delivery in Greater Montreal -> Schedule a custom delivery in Greater Montreal by 3:00 PM on December 22 for delivery on December 23. - Delivery via a third-party carrier -> Your gift will be handed over to Canada Post (or another third-party carrier) within 48 hours of receiving your order. We cannot guarantee their delivery times, which are typically 2 to 5 business days. Please note, however, that we are not immune to exceptional circumstances that could result in additional delivery delays. Last-minute order? Don’t hesitate to contact us! We’ll work with you to explore the available options and find the best way to get your gift delivered on time. At À la Boîte à Fleurs, we’d rather find a solution than tell you it’s too late!

Absolutely! When placing your order, you can enter the recipient's address directly. In areas served by our personalized delivery service, our delivery drivers hand-deliver the gifts and never leave them behind if the recipient isn't there. For gift boxes shipped elsewhere in Canada, delivery is handled by Canada Post (or another third-party carrier).

Yes! In-store pickup in Laval is free. You can select this option when placing your order and choose the time you’d like to pick up your gift.
