- Two (2) Quebec cheeses from our in-store selection. The choice of cheeses will vary according to availability in store.
- Pure port jelly from Connivence.
- Another full-flavoured onion port and maple syrup jelly, this time from Ducs de Montrichard .
- Chocolate chips from Fays Terroir Chocolaté.
- And for the finishing touch, add as an option foie gras mousse from Les Canardises. Made with 60% plain foie gras, its authentic and light taste and its creamy texture will please every palate. Instructions for use and storage : refrigerate 3 hours before serving. Temper 15 to 20 minutes before opening to facilitate unmolding. Keep for 3 to 6 days in the fridge after opening.
