What is the last day to order and receive a gift box before Christmas?
There’s no deadline for ordering a Christmas gift from À la Boîte à Fleurs! Even at the last minute, our team always does its best to prepare your Christmas gift box as quickly as possible and find the best solution based on your destination.
You have three (3) options:
- Free in-store pickup -> place your order by December 23 at the latest for free pickup on December 24 before 4:00 p.m.
- Custom delivery in Greater Montreal -> Schedule a custom delivery in Greater Montreal by 3:00 PM on December 22 for delivery on December 23.
- Delivery via a third-party carrier -> Your gift will be handed over to Canada Post (or another third-party carrier) within 48 hours of receiving your order. We cannot guarantee their delivery times, which are typically 2 to 5 business days. Please note, however, that we are not immune to exceptional circumstances that could result in additional delivery delays.
Last-minute order? Don’t hesitate to contact us! We’ll work with you to explore the available options and find the best way to get your gift delivered on time. At À la Boîte à Fleurs, we’d rather find a solution than tell you it’s too late!
Can you customize the contents of a Christmas gift box?
Absolutely! It’s actually one of À la Boîte à Fleurs’ specialties. Depending on availability, our team can help you create a personalized Christmas gift box tailored to the recipient’s tastes, the occasion, and your budget.
Quebec gourmet products, sweet or savory treats, relaxation and wellness items, candles, flowers, or plants for certain deliveries… we love offering you options to help you find the gift that will truly bring joy.

Are the Christmas gift boxes available for delivery throughout Canada, or only in the Greater Montreal area?
Our Christmas gift boxes eligible for mail delivery can be shipped anywhere in Quebec and Canada.
In the Greater Montreal area, we also offer our personalized delivery service provided by our own delivery drivers. Flowers, plants, centerpieces, and other more delicate floral arrangements are available exclusively for local delivery in the areas we serve.

Do your gift boxes contain products from Quebec?

What happens if a product presented in a gift box is no longer available?
During the busy holiday season, a product may occasionally be temporarily out of stock. If a product is unavailable at the time of your order, our flexibility will allow us to offer you a similar product of comparable value, in the same style, so that we can create your gifts without delay.
Our priority remains the same: to prepare a beautiful gift that we’ll be proud to deliver on your behalf.
Can I have my gift delivered directly to the person I want to spoil?
Absolutely! When placing your order, you can enter the recipient's address directly.
In areas served by our personalized delivery service, our delivery drivers hand-deliver the gifts and never leave them behind if the recipient isn't there. For gift boxes shipped elsewhere in Canada, delivery is handled by Canada Post (or another third-party carrier).
Can we pick up a Christmas order directly at the store?
Yes! In-store pickup in Laval is free. You can select this option when placing your order and choose the time you’d like to pick up your gift. As mentioned, place your order by December 23 at the latest for free pickup on December 24 before 4 p.m.
