What is the delivery time for a funeral arrangement?

We know that, at times like these, deadlines can be tight and there is a lot to think about. Our team does everything possible to prepare and deliver your arrangement with care and at the time you specify.

When placing your order, simply let us know the date and time of the funeral or viewing so we can schedule delivery.

Whenever possible, we recommend that you place your order as soon as possible. For urgent requests or if you have any questions about the turnaround time, please feel free to contact us directly. We will review all the details with you and do everything we can to prepare your arrangements within the available timeframe.

What information do I need to provide for delivery to the funeral home?

To facilitate the delivery of your funeral arrangement, we recommend that you have the following informations on hand and provide it to us :

  • the full name of the deceased
  • the name of the funeral home
  • the address of the viewing
  • the date and time of the viewing or funeral
  • your message of condolence

If you are missing any information, our team will be happy to assist you with your order

Can I add a personalized condolence card?

Of course. You can include a personalized message with your funeral arrangement.

You can include your message of condolence when placing your order online in the “Special Instructions” section.  We will include it with your arrangement so the family will know who sent the flowers and receive your message of support. And if you would like to personalize your message of support even further, check out our Quebec-style greeting cards.

Which funeral arrangement should I choose?

The choice depends mainly on your relationship with the deceased or their family, the location of the service and the gesture you wish to make. Can a funeral arrangement be personalized?

Depending on the arrangement you choose and the availability of flowers, certain customizations may be possible.

If you would like to highlight a particular color, style or specific flowers that hold special meaning for the deceased or their family, please contact us. We will do everything we can to create a personalized, respectful and thoughtful floral tribute that you will be proud to present.

Do you offer funeral urns made in Quebec?

Yes, absolutely. We offer only funeral urns made in Quebec.

To help you through this difficult stage of the grieving process, we have decided to be partner with Quebec-based cabinetmakers and offer you a selection of eco-friendly funeral urns made of marble and wood. 

Thanks to this partnership, we can now offer you a truly comprehensive experience. This allows us to guide you through the entire process without you having to run around. You can stop by our store to choose an urn arrangement in person or order through our online store (in the latter case, the urn can be shipped anywhere in Canada). Delivery is available in Greater Montreal, Laval, Rive-Nord and Rive-Sud.

Do you ship funeral arrangements anywhere in Canada by mail?

No. Fresh flower arrangements are not shipped by mail anywhere in Canada.

We offer delivery of our funeral arrangements within our delivery area, including Laval and several areas of Greater Montreal, to preserve the freshness of the flowers and ensure that the arrangement arrives in the best possible condition. Only our funeral urns can be shipped anywhere in Quebec and Canada.

Can I get help choosing funeral flowers?

Of course. It can be hard to know what to choose during a time of mourning, especially when you have to place an order quickly.
