1. BACKGROUND : I was looking for the perfect gift for my mother’s birthday, which falls on Valentine’s Day. After sending her flowers for several years, I realized it would be better to give her something she could actually enjoy. So I decided to send her a gift full of surprises containing gluten-free products, since she has celiac disease.
2. CUSTOMER SERVICE 10/10 : I submitted a request through their website, specifically regarding gluten-free products. I couldn’t find a pre-packaged selection of these products on their site. Less than an hour after my request, I was contacted by phone to help me. They took the time to listen to my needs, consider my mother’s requirements and work within my budget. That same day, they processed my request and even sent me some great photos of the package. The delivery arrived as scheduled in the morning.
3. CONCLUSION : My mother received a package on February 14, 2025. Today is February 18, 2025, and she still doesn’t dare open it because she is so amazed by how beautiful the package is. She told me how surprised and delighted she was to receive such a gift, especially compared to flowers. She is thrilled at the thought of being able to enjoy a variety of delicacies. They have now gained a loyal customer in me, as I will definitely be using their services for future gifts — especially since several members of my family have celiac disease.”
